Ozone therapy :
Ozone can be used in different medical conditions. Nascent oxygen released from ozone works on to the site. In bulging disc of spine if it is used inside disc, disc gets dehydrated thus causing shrinkage of the volume of the disc. So the bulge disc doesn’t cause pressure on the spinal nerve as the disc is shrinked. When Ozone is given the knee joint that itself causes anti-inflammatory action over the adjacent bone and Arthritis get relieved.

Vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty
are similar medical spinal procedures in which bone cement is injected through a small hole in the skin (percutaneously) into a fractured vertebra with the goal of relieving back pain caused by vertebral compression fractures.
Kyphoplasty is a keyhole procedure that expands and stabilizes compression fractures of the spine. It is a type of vertebral augmentation surgery. During kyphoplasty, a balloon device is introduced into the spine and inflated to expand the bone.
Nucleoplasty
is a minimally invasive procedure designed to treat back pain or leg pain caused by contained disc herniations. It works by decompressing the nucleus of the disc. Similar to letting air out of a tire, removing tissue from the center of a disc causes a reduction of pressure within the disc. So the bulging portinon of the disc automatically gets inside and the compression over the nerve is relieved.
