Nerve blocks for low-back pain
Epidural injections into the spinal canal through different holes of the spines with the help of live radiography. Sometime back pain may not be nerve related it my be arthritis of small joints of vertebrae and joints of sacrum and ilium. This form of joint pains can be relieved with injection of medicines inside those joints with the help of live radiography.

Pain on face
is very common, most of the time it’s on one side of the pain, trigeminal neuralgia is one variant of that pain, this pain is so severe that the patient cannot even talk or eat.. It can be treated with medicine and nerve blocks.

Ozone therapy :

So the bulge disc doesn’t cause pressure on the spinal nerve as the disc is shrined. When Ozone is given the knee joint that itself causes anti-inflammatory action over the adjacent bone and Arthritis get relieved.

Pain in Cancer
The pain therapy may be required in different stages of cancer along with chemo therapy, radio therapy, and surgery to relieve the patient from anxiety and intractable pain throughout life.
Sometimes it may happen that cancer is so advanced that surgery radio therapy and chemo therapy will not help the patient to cure the disease or relieve from symptoms then only hope for the patient and the surrounding relatives to be free from pain at least. Sometimes there is a misbelieve that pain in cancer cannot be relieved and he has to suffer this is not true at all. So be hopeful in pain relief in cancer.

Pain in Herpes Infection:
This is a viral infection that heals automatically but the pain may persist for year, months or life. and if you treat that pain early then the pain would not be that severe and the duration is also less. It can be efficiently trated by pain therapist with oral medicines and nerve blocks.

Vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty
are similar medical spinal procedures in which bone cement is injected through a small hole in the skin (percutaneously) into a fractured vertebra with the goal of relieving back pain caused by vertebral compression fractures.
Kyphoplasty is a keyhole procedure that expands and stabilizes compression fractures of the spine. It is a type of vertebral augmentation surgery. During kyphoplasty, a balloon device is introduced into the spine and inflated to expand the bone.

Nucleoplasty is a minimally invasive procedure designed to treat back pain or leg pain caused by contained disc herniations. It works by decompressing the nucleus of the disc. Similar to letting air out of a tire, removing tissue from the center of a disc causes a reduction of pressure within the disc. So the bulging portinon of the disc automatically gets inside and the compression over the nerve is relieved.
